Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of West Chester - Beckett Commons

This happened yesterday on 2/13/21, about 1230ish, when I found this place along my drive. I go in and there is already a full house (5 people already sitting in lobby, and about 4-5 in chairs). Mind you I’ve never been there before, so I read the sign and it says to sanitize before signing in. I did just that and have a seat. The stylists are getting people in and out.. An older guys walks in and tells everyone his daughter works here.. he attempts to sign in and finally did so and sat down.. A father and son got in and out.. A few other ethnicities were in and out.. I get a text messages @1250 stating that “Your Stylist is estimated to be ready within 15 minutes. Please tell us when you have arrived. We look forward to your Championship Haircut Experience”. I’m thinking great I’m up next when the establishment has cleared out of customers. It’s 105 and 2 young Caucasians walk-in, sign in and sit down.. I look up and one of the stylist (didn’t catch her name) pulsa the boys up to the desk, telling them that they’re next.. so I step in and ask, did they have an appointment or something because you’ve cleared the place and now you’re telling me these boys are next?? Help me understand that? She proceeds to tell me that they were on a waiting list and did I sign in online. I explained to her that I’ve never been there before and NO ONE has come up to say anything to about anything. She didn’t know if I was a secret shopper or anything. I wish that I could give you all ZERO stars because if you couldn’t tell, I was the ONLY Black American in there. 8200 Princeton Glendale Rd in West Chester Township, OH. Customer service is definitely required and should be taught or at least audited.

Went to the Becket Ridge Sports Clips instead of my normal one since its close to work. Signed in, I was put on deck with 0 minute waiting. Two stylist were cutting hair and two were walking from the front to back and standing at the front desk, and talking on the phone for a bit. The lobby was filling up with people waiting for a hair cut. Both stylists who were cutting hair finished up and started now clients. Finally one of the one who was not cutting hair at first took a client back after 15 minutes. The other one went to the back stayed back there. I finally left after about 25 minutes. Thanks Sports Clips, That was my lunch time wasted. At least fix the time it takes on your board so someone can plan. I can see 5 minutes or so, but 25 minutes (and it said a 0 minute wait) and at least one stylist did not cut a piece of hair the whole time.
